About Mallorca

Mallorca is much more than just sun and sand. The largest of the Balearic Islands boasts incredible landscape diversity: from the rugged limestone peaks of the Serra de Tramuntana (a UNESCO World Heritage site) and hidden turquoise coves (calas) to the rolling vineyards of the interior. Whether you seek the Gothic grandeur of Palma, quaint mountain villages, or the Mediterranean way of life, Mallorca has the perfect spot for every traveler. The island seamlessly blends Mallorcan traditions with modern luxury and untouched nature.

Insider Tips

  1. Visit the "Calas" in the southeast (like Cala Figuera) early in the morning to enjoy the fishing boats and crystal-clear water in peace.
  2. Try an authentic "Ensaimada" (spiral pastry) in one of the traditional bakeries tucked away in Palma’s alleys.
  3. Hike through the Sóller valley during the orange blossom season – the scent is unforgettable.
  4. Head to Es Pontàs or Cap de Formentor for sunset, but allow extra time for parking during the peak season.
  5. Explore local weekly markets in Sineu or Santa Maria for traditional crafts and fresh local produce.
