Athens
Athens – Where antiquity is alive and modern life pulses.
GreeceAbout Athens
Athens is a fascinating journey through time at every turn. As one of the world's oldest cities, it combines the majestic heritage of antiquity with the raw energy of a modern Mediterranean metropolis. Towering over everything is the Acropolis, a symbol of the origin of Western civilization. Yet below the marble temples, visitors find a vibrant chaos of lively markets, trendy rooftop bars, and the charming labyrinth of Plaka. Athens is not a sterile museum city, but a place where history is lived every day.
